Scheduling Policy

Please schedule your services online 24/7 at www.vagaro.com/kepazolo/services. For help with scheduling, please TEXT 414-232-4402. (Online scheduling is most efficient.  Texting can take up to 48 hours for a reply.)

Appointments must be made no less than 72 hours in advance.   We value our clients and we take extra measures in preparing for services to ensure a great experience every time. 

FULL SERVICE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR SCHEDULING.  Any additional services purchased at the time of your appointment must be paid at the time of your appointment.

Enhancements from previous nail techs must be removed prior to your service/s. If not removed or you need removal, then REMOVAL OF ENHANCMENT from OUTSIDE TECH SERVICE MUST BE ADDED-ON TO SERVICES.  This will establish a clean start and will guarantee quality of results for your new enhancements and provide for sufficient scheduling of service time for completion. 

Please do not bring any children that will require your attention as this will disrupt your service.

Late Cancel/No Show Policy

24 HOUR CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND NO SHOW/LATE CANCEL POLICY WILL APPLY. ALL NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN FORFEIT OF SERVICES PAID FOR. 

Guarantee Policy

Kepazolo’s guarantee window is 24 hours after you have received your services.  If you have any chipping, peeling, scratches, or popping off of nails, please contact Kepazolo immediately via text with a picture of your nail/s and Kepazolo will get you in as soon as possible to get your nail/s fixed. All incidences after 24 hours will be charged full fees.
